The MBW modular belt scale can be easily installed on any conveyor using one of the existing transfer stations. It was specifically designed for bulk weighing, flow measurement, and daily production totalization during extraction, processing, pre-storage, and other phases.
This product is suitable for all sectors using belt conveyors: the mining industry (minerals, aggregates, coal, etc.), the minerals industry (phosphate, fertilizers, cement, etc.), the food processing industry (cereals, bagasse, sugar, etc.), the chemical industry (salts, PVC, washing powders, etc.), the wood industry, biomass, recycling, and grinding.
Like all scales in the PRECIA MOLEN range, the MBW connects to the i40 BS electronics, which displays the flow rate, belt speed, weight per meter, and current totalization.
