Continuous dosing

Dynamic dosing, whether by weight or volume, is a key element of industrial processes handling bulk products. Used in various sectors — such as flour mills, steelworks/foundries, cement plants, the food industry, pet food, or chemicals — it ensures the accuracy, uniformity, and repeatability of formulations.

Its principle is based on the variation of the speed of an extractor, which draws the product from a hopper and thus adjusts the flow rate. This dosing can be linked to a weighing system for greater precision or operate in volumetric mode according to the needs of the process.

Thanks to its responsiveness and constant precision, dynamic dosing optimizes production cycles, ensures the proper functioning of machines, and contributes to the overall efficiency of the lines. In particular, it allows:

strict adherence to recipes,

reduction of production deviations,

limitation of raw material losses,

to master the transitions between batches,

to adjust volumes in real time.

Finally, this type of dosing is systematically sized and adapted by experts, taking into account production constraints and the specific behavior of each product.
